There is a great one-person live show on the fascinating Gullah culture. That alone was worth my ticket price. However, I was unimpressed by the rest, especially the staff. At the parking entrance you are gruffly handed a full sheet schedule. Whatever you do, don't leave it in the car because there are no signs or staff about should you have any further questions. We got the time wrong on the plantation tour so we entered the hall (thinking it was time). There was no one inside so I decided to snap a few pictures while we waited. In the middle of my 2nd picture, a woman came out and rudely told us to leave (yes, I took the 2nd picture!). I said something about not being sure of the time of the tour and that there was no sign. To which she replied ""It's all stated in the letter."" As if she did even have the time of day to care if we came back! Which we didn't. My husband and I were so offended we left!
