The concept is great--such convenience and wonderful customer service. It has been a pleasure being one of their customers. Unfortunately, my landlord doesn't want to add the service because it takes money away from his laundry machines. Therefore, I go through the trouble of taking my clothes to a neighbor's house who has their lockers. It's much easier and more convenient than going to an actual cleaners!!
Pros: delivery, no stress
Cons: doesn't offer organic, toxic free cleaning!
