My finace and I had a bit of trouble making and confirming a reservation which was originally made at 8pm for a Saturday night. The night before we dined, we got two phone calls confirming a 7:30 pm reservation. It wasnt what we wanted but we are flexible so we went with the flow. We arrived to an almost empty room and was asked to have a drink at the bar until our table was ready?. Again, had a little trouble with being seated, but the Chef poured us each a comp glass of bubbly to ease our wait time...it was fine with us!!! We also participated in the chefs tasting menu and was very happy. There was a lot of food and the bread is outstanding!!! Loved the goat cheese and polenta ap and LOOOVED the Skate with Green Curry and green apple shavings....didnt like the rubbery lamb shoulder with an array of flavored sauces smudged on the plate that didnt mix well together...BUT who cared..we were full at that point anyways and what a warming atmosphere for a cold night out. All and all, LOVED the food and would go back for sure!
