Our party of 6 spent New Year Eve 2006 at Amber Bistro. The fixed menu was limited. The portion was small. We did not find any tuna in the tuna tata, and the soup was cold with a few specks of crab on top. There were a total of 4 string beans as veggies on the dinner plate. The service was rushed, the waitress could not remember who ordered what. They kept trying to remove our plates while we were still chewing. We were seated at 6:15pm, and we were done by 7:30pm. And that includes coffee which was served without splenda, and it was extremely rushed. To top of f the experience, we were over charged $32.00 when the American Express bill came. When we called the restaurant, the manager initially denied it and then later admitted someone added $32.00 to the total we already signed. He had no idea who put in the additional $32.00 I would not recommend the restaurant for the food, service or overcharges.
