Moraga Jewelers is completely unprofessional and unethical in their business conduct. They do not know the first thing about customer service. They are bligerant, rude and offensive. I used their site for some jewelry repair and will never go back. On the original pickup date, the items were not all ready. The lady was confrontational and rude in conveying the message. Since I was already concerned about the store's unprofessional approach, I asked for items to be returned. The lady then became verbally abusive. Two days later, I finally picked up the items, and the business owner completely supported his employee and did not offer any apologies.
