Houston Blind & Drapery was a nightmare to deal with. They took over a year to finish the job and a job poorly done. The owner never took responsibility for any of the delays, the many mistakes and always blamed somebody else. He even forgot to measure for a window. The scheduling was very frustrating and they had to keep coming back, making me lose many days of work. Installation took 4 times longer than first quoted. They got the wrong color on one of the shutters. The caulking is missing in some spots and light comes through on the sides. The owner would not return phone calls. I would never do business with them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. Please find another company to deal with if you want to save yourself a tremendous hassle and several headaches. I have no idea how they stay in business because I would not be a repeat customer and may this review help him become more professional and responsible to the client.
