This is Kansas City steak! The Hereford House serves up great steaks for a comparably good price. They make no attempt to hide or alter the flavor of their streaks, this is both their greatest strength, and biggest weakness. If you eat steak because you like beef, you'll love it. If your accustom to smothering your steak in rich sauce and spice, you may want to keep looking. Their lunch menu is fantastic if you like comfort food. The meatloaf is delicious, and the tuesday special potroast is to die for. On sunday nights their excellent prime rib is served at a reduced price and they sell select bottles of wine at half price. Stick to cow while your there and you'll leave with a satisfied smile!
