The childcare provided by Avalon was okay. It wasn't top notch, but for the location and the charges it was fair. There were a few issues such as a change of the director and staff over the last year that affected the overall quality. There was one issue with a staff member that was promptly taken care of, which was good. There has been problems with a few of the children and bullying and it seems that staff is slower to get involved in those cases.
Pros: Convenient location, pick up at many local schools, price is okay
Cons: Billing errors, problem resolution extrememly slow
