If you can get past the pretentious hold music and Euro voice for Envy, it is really worth walking into and getting your hair done. I made my appointment with Rose, an experienced stylist from California. Now I am originally from NY and used to high caliber stylists. I am not trying to sound like a snob, but I have naturally straight hair that reflects any stylist flaw when they cut my hair. So, I was very happy with the cut Rose did. It hung perfectly, had movement, looked exactly how I wanted. She was nice, very precise with her work and made sure both sides were evenly matched *(I hate when stylists overlook that and lopsided hair happens..its not the 80's anymore!!!)
Pros: ROSE is a great stylist. Convenient schedule, great precision, very dedicated to her craft.
