I had the misfortune to rent a car from Advantage during the blizzard, I was scheduled to return the car the evening of the blizzard. Early in the day when the Airprot was officially closed I called Advantage and was told not to worry that I woudlnt be charges since the Airport was closed. However, when returning the car they said no one ever told me such a thing. Why would anyone want to keep a car and be charged $160.00 if there were a way they could return, if the Airport had been open I would have returned the car. What would Advantage have like for me to do, attempt to return the car and have to rescued by the National Guard and abandon a car that was totally my responsibility How unfair and customer hostile can a business be.
