The customer service at this so-called luxury apartment leaves much to be desired. The apartment was filthy when we took possession -- the carpet was worn with numerous stains and there was mold and hair from the last tenant in the bathroom. Also, an incredibly noxious smell developed in the bathroom after taking a shower. Two of the doorknobs in the unit needed replacement, one didn't open from the inside of the room and the other door didn't lock. Also, the heating in the unit is awful. Two of the rooms feel like the wind passes right through them during the winter.
Pros: Plenty of parking
Cons: Lousy management staff, Not suitable for families
