I am sure there are better spas in the region and would avoid this one! I went to get a pregnancy massage here after getting a gift certificate. I arrived on time and was ushured into a waiting room where I filled out a detailed form, and specifically stated I would like focus on lower back discomfort. I also told the masseuse that I would really like to focus on my lower back. The masseuse was a bit awkward and her comments gave me the sense she didn't understand pregnancy issues like common aches and sensitive areas. I was disappointed that she focused so little on my back. I've had several pregnancy massages, and this was the most disappointing by far all around. It was supposed to be a 60-minute massage but got over 60 minutes after I walked in the front door, and I'm certain I spent at least 10 mins filling out the form, using the restroom, and getting undressed. When I mentioned something to the manager (who I had to interrupt from a conversation with her coworker), she said she'd talk to the masseuse and that the massage should have lasted longer. There was no mention of rectifying the situation with me, so I walked toward the elevator. She then followed me and gave me a $10 coupon and said she'd call me the next day to follow up. I got no call.
