We scheduled service for the next day which was convenient. They came out with all their supplies, which was useful, since we had not and cleaned our home prior to move in. I gues we had a plummer out fixing one of the showers and so they did not clean that room. The plummer left prior to their departure, however they must have missed that room. Anyway we called back and Mission Maids came out the next day and cleaned the bathroom they had missed at no charge. They were very pleasant and professional, we are using them bi weekly.
