When I made my appt at this office, they told me they accepted my insurance. Later on I recieved a bill in the mail for the FULL amount of the office visit. I called and spoke to the supposed ""office manager"" or as I would like to call her ""the receptionist who pretends to be the office manager"", and she informed me that they do not accept my insurance and that I signed a waiver stating that if my ins. company does not pay, I am responsible for the full amount. I proceeded to tell her that her office told me specifically that they accepted my insurance (if they wouldn't have I would've made an appt somewhere else!) and that I would like them to waive my office visit fee because that's just not fair! She told me that this happens all the time and that I need to just pay the bill. I have NEVER had this happen before. When an office tells me that they accept my insurance, I expect them to accept my insurance! What is the point of paying for health insurance if a doctors office is going to charge you anyway. I am concerned about this happening as she said ""all the time"" and I don't want another college student like myself having to pay out money to them when they trick you into coming to their office. I will be contacting the Better Business Beauro. I strongly recommend you stay clear of this office! And I also did not care for Dr Kim.
Pros: There was no Pros in my opinion
