I found my repeated visits to the Half Moon exceeded my hopes. The menu is incredibly varied from simple to amazing. The seafood is perfectly prepared with unexpected wild game and casual fare. You get what you want from this restaurant, whether up or down scale. A great mixture of cuisine with a genuine local tap. Those Belgian beers are a journey alone. Just when you're tired of the area's mushroom theme, check out what they do with a range of mushrooms . The art displays add to a relaxing atmosphere. I would send anyone here for a great food and mix of atmospheres. Half Moon is a great break from the Brandywine stiffness and immediately feels like home, or better.
