I am not very good at these things so i will be as short and to the point as possible. I have been with the training specialist now for 4 years. I originally came to him thru a referral who lost 70 lbs in like 6 months. I was amazed to say the least. My goal was not as big. i wanted to lose 30 lbs and work to get my physical health back. I have a very stressful job and i have to travel all the time. you can imagine how tough it is to take care of yourself when you are running from meeting to meeting and airport to airport. after meeting him and sitting with him in a consultation i left his place knowing that this person was just the answer i was looking for. In 3 months i lost the 30 lbs. It was not easy at all. More importantly he taught me how to manage my lifestyle and showed the importance of taking care of myself before i could actually take care of anything else. In doing so i realized that nothing in my world would collapes if i just took the time to take care of me first before i went into the world to help others. M it has 4 years and my life and this world have become such a better place now knowing that people like yourself, who are dedicated to helping others are out there willing to help. You have impacted my life to the point where i feel now that i can accomplish anything. Don't put your heart into the nay sayers. It is obvious they lack the committment and integrity you needed to help them and when it went wrong you had to take the heat. You are a great Coach and a man who knows how to inspire people to thier full potential. I wish we could bottle your passion for what you do and sell to the world. Pros: Honesty, straight foward, keeps you tight to your goals, training knowledge superior and you get educated
Cons: tough workouts, wont settle for half baked efforts, need to be at the top of your committment everytime you see him.
