if it was not for this company, i would not be where i am today. this man found me when i was at the lowest point in my life. over weight unhappy with low self esteem and a wife getting ready to head out the door. i felt as if my world was getting ready to cave in. his program was just what i needed to get me thru. see i have had control over everything in my life except my own health. I guess i needed someone to care about me cause i was just not caring enough about myself. long story short in 14 weeks i lost and incredible 45 lbs while dropping my body fat percentage 17%. I also added 8 lbs of muscle which help big time. more importantly i learned how to eat and how to excercise right for the rest of my life. it is thru his program that i gained all the confidence in my self and my abilities to be able to take my own life back. Today my wife loves me more as i have learned to appreciate her in a way i was ignoring in the past. my kids love my energy and i feel i can contribute more to thier lives with my new found lifestyle. my confidence and my attitude now are swelling and i am just generally a much happier person. i will no longer give second rated efforts and make passionless attempts toward life and the people i love. i never thought losing 45 lbs would open my eyes up the way that it has. i am only left to say that if it is results that you want and you are committed to your own cause this is the place where you want to be. Ignore the angry comments. these people were probably lazy and very uncommitted and instead of taking accountability they blamed him. It is not easy but then again easy has never paid such great benefits in such a short period. you rock training specialist, i am forver in your debt!
