Last Saturday my lunch companion, a long-time Tampa area fisherman, ordered the grouper sandwich. When the food was served, he stated that having caught plenty of grouper throughout the years he was very familiar with that fish's anatomy and the fish on his sandwich was certainly NOT grouper. He brought this to the attention of the management who tried to blame the ""mistake"" on the kitchen staff. He said they must have grabbed the wrong fish. As grouper is the ONLY fish on their menu, this lame excuse doesn't sit well. I think they get enough tourists and snow-birds that they have been getting away with substituting a lesser fish for grouper.
