This business came to my home FIVE times in the first year of my home heating and cooling system warranty and NEVER FIXED the problem. Finally called another local area HVAC company who fixed the problem on the first visit. No more problem. Spoke personally with Franklin Heating and Cooling owner, Barry Foster and he said they had fixed the problem. How would he know?....He never once came to my home to assess the problem and establish a sense of what the problem was. He was rude and deserves NOT to have your initial business since installing a new and expensive system seems to be all he cares about. GOOD LUCK GETTING REPAIRS ON A SYSTEM INSTALLED BY FRANKLIN HEATING AND COOLING AND STILL UNDER WARRANTY. Pros: NONE Cons: Would be out of work if local home builders stop using this guy....and they should!!!! more
