My husband and I wanted to go to a nice place for dinner the day before New Years to beat the crowds. We heard this place had good steak and decided to spend the $$$ for a special occasion. Our crab cakes were tasteless and mushy. The cut of my sword fish was poor and it had absolutely no flavor. My husband's steak was just OK and he said it didn't have much flavor. To my waitresses horror I didn't want to take the left overs home and had her throw 2/3rds of it away. The lobster potatoes only had a few pieces of lobster and again were completely tasteless. We spent $200 on a meal that had no flavor and we didn't even get salads or vegetables with our meals. The waitress gave us the fruit and cheese platter like it was a gift for the tasteless swordfish later to only find it that every tables gets them. I have had more exquisite meals costing $70 for two and we got salad, vegetables and dessert!
