While the design of the spa is outstanding, there are employees that make the spa experience less than enjoyable. I have tried FOUR times to arrange a service with one employee, and each time I was moved to someone that I did not care for. If you book an appointment and are expecting one person, I don't feel that the "bait and switch" is appropriate. Z needs to get a better handle on their appointment scheduling. Also, it's advisable to use the express checkout. If you go to the front and wait in line - you'll be there for 15 minutes minimum. Pros: Design and atmosphere are pleasing. Cons: Appointment desk will schedule you with one person - when you show up, you're assigned to someone else. more
