The chilli rellenos are outstanding (the owner's mother's old family recipe) and their spanish rice is one of the few anyplace that I will eat. I think it is the best Mexican food on the island and service has always been good. Word of caution: the rellenos are so good that they often sell out, so get there early in the day (early lunch time is best) so you don't miss out. My second choice would be the fish tacos... much better than they sound. (Ask about the tequila of the day.)
