We hired Marshay to photograph our wedding last year. Ultimately, they gave us nothing but heartache rather than pictures and memories.
To begin, the day of the wedding Jeff was given a list of pitcures we wanted him to take. He proceeded to take the list, crumble it, and throw it away. We never did get those pictures...like the one of me, my husband, and his grandmother - kind of an important one - don't you think?
Not to mention the fact that Jeff was extremely arrogant and rude both to me, my family, and my friends. So much so that a year later my friends still make remarks about how rude he was.
Finally, it has now been over a year and I still don't have an album (an album minus the pictures I really wanted). I got a video from them and it looks like my 6 year old cousing filmed my wedding, and Marshay has said they have done everything up to their standards so they refuse to fix it.
