This is the best BBQ I've ever had. The hickory smoked-in-flavor sets this place apart. The owner's name is Tennessee, he's from Tennessee, and his shop is named Tennessee. He's a serious smoker. The ribs are so good, they don't even need sauce -but with the sauce, it's nearly too much to handle. No one does it better. -Fernando
