I wouldn't have thought a spa in a mall would provide top tier service, but when I stopped into Sanctuary for a manicure and facial one morning it ended up being a relaxing and heavenly experience. The spa's appointment calendar wasn't working but all the aestheticians were as poised as ever and they had no trouble accomodating the clients that came in quite speedily. Everything was superbly clean and the atmosphere serene and calm. The staff invite you to stay and relax in their steam room and showers as long as you wish, and the wonderful Aveda products were plentiful. I would suggest to management adding a sauna and keeping the steam room a little hotter.
