We went to Roux on 8/29 because they were donating 25% of proceeds to Katrina relief. I loved that the restaurant was still donating to the area that inspires its cuisine!
It was crowded and the service was still great. The croque monsier salad was very tasty, as were the crawfish pie (so flavorful) and the fried green tomatoes to start. I'm not the kind of person to order pork & beans at a restaurant (ask anyone) but it was very very rich and savory. Overall a great dining experience and I'll definitely be back again!
