Let's just say GREAT. The owner/chef really knows what he is doing. You can tell that the staff is trained very well. I am usually impressed with servers in fine restaurants when they are knowledgable and pleasant but the real test is in the bussers. Yes bussers, this is where you can tell how well a place is prepared and trained. Our busser was on top of everything, especially the small things, like even taking the salt and pepper off the table when it was time for dessert. The food was portioned perfectly and flawless taste. The drinks were not just poured, but prepared in the glass. They tasted fantastic. The only cons were personal ethic issues with veal and foie gras.
