Californians have a creative love of seafood that differs from anywhere else in the world. On the east cost they find the best seafood and serve it with a side of butter and a bib--here we find the best and make it better with creative seasonings and sauces ranging from savory to fruity. \r

This creative ""fusion"" style of preparing seafood is perfected at Opah. Even the butter that comes with the bread is heavily (and deliciously) seasoned with herbs. Their lunch menu is reasonably priced and delicious, but dinner is worth every penny. \r

Be careful with the outdoor seating--if you end up in between the fountain and a chatty table you may not be able to hear the person sitting across from you. Other than that the ambiance is as awesome as the menu!
