We had reservations 2 weeks in advance and arrived on time. We waited an 1 1/2 to be seated in a cramped table. The service was slow and poor. The steak was not prepared to order and neither the wait staff or manager were very apologetic.
We had visited the sister retaurant in Scottsdale called "City Hall" and the "Mastros" there as well. The service and food there was unbelievable... we have such a great time in Scottsdale that we went back three times during our one week stay.
The Beverly Hills Mastros is nothing but a snob house for people with money to burn and no taste. If you are stuck in LA and looking for a good steakhouse then look elsewhere. The best thing about our visit was the Grey Goose Martini - straight up!
We are now going to try "Porterhouse Bistro"... review coming soon.
Pros: Great Martini
Cons: Poor service, busy wait staff and poor kitchen service
