I called IDA Service a while back because I wanted some new computers. They worked with me to figure out what would best meet my needs, came out to my house to install a new desktop and laptop, worked with Charter to hook up highspeed internet, and ran some wires to make both computers connect to the internet at the same time! They were very friendly and didn't talk with all that techical mumbo jumbo. In the end, I spent a little more than I anticipated, but got much more than I expected.
PROS: Fun people, willing to help you understand computers.
CONS: Nothing in my experience.
