When we bought our first home it was under warranty with Midwestern. They offered us low rates to keep the warranty going, so we have continued to send them money. I recently tried to call and discuss the price with Midwestern, and a difficult time getting a hold of the ONE person I had to talk to. I called around and found many other businesses that had competitive prices or cheaper prices for a brand new customer. I was offended. I can't believe I wasted money with them for all of these years!
