World of Shoes has been around since I was a kid. It is a good place to find a nice selection of shoes at reasonable prices. It isn't a fancy store so you may have to hunt a little bit for what you want, but the salespeople are always willing to help. A lot of times, I can find cool shoes there that I haven't seen anywhere else.
PROS: good prices, no hassle
CONS: not organized incredibly well
