Once the service guy, Jeremy, knew he would not be charging me $375.00 for new rotors and brake pads... 9/20/2006

he practically pushed me out the door. I took my car in for a noise that was coming from one of my wheels. The car is 1 year old. I assumed anything wrong with my car would be covered under the factory warranty. According to him the work needed on my car was normal ""wear and tear"". I couldn't afford to pay that much so I decided to pick up my car and take it somewhere else. The other place told me that my rotors and brake pads were fine. They took the hubcap off of my wheel and determined that there was something on the hubcap that was causing the noise. This guy, Jeremy, wanted to charge me $375.00 for work I didn't need. Shame on you and Buerge Chrysler. Cons: Not recommended. more
