I heart Sushi Katsu-ya for many reasons. I can wax poetics over the rock shrimp in creamy spicy sauce solo, or, when they throw it on top of the spicy tuna roll, I can't even begin to explain the taste sensation. All the specialty dishes; seared albacore with crispy onion, crispy sesame tuna, spicy tuna on crispy rice. My, oh my! The honey roll is also quite divine and the service is always prompt and correct. Try the japanese shishito (green peppers) instead of everyday edamame and you are guaranteed to start your meal offl with a kick. Oh, and don't forget to make a reservation plenty in advance!
Pros: Inventive dishes, prompt service, fair prices
Cons: Make reservation plenty of days in advance
