I recently went for lunch with my business associates. There was a hair in my colleagues miso soup. Also, the sashimi we ordered was old and coated with a preservative that we later found out was rice vinegar. The chef also told us that the fish was frozen, giving us the impression that they regularly store fish for long periods of time. NOT FRESH. \r
