The wait is always over an hour. My parents got their dentures made there and it was done unprofessionally - he had his assistant do the work when she was not qualified and the dental board sent a letter stating that this was so and they recommend he refund the money. Since he said it was the BEST they could do, why would we have them try again (after 2 months of going back and forth to fix it)! Now, we are taking him to small claims court since he still refuses to refund the money.
Cons: Has unlicensed assistant do the work!
