This service was truly terrible. I ordered 4 dishes through their service and when I received them not one of the dishes was made correctly. I called the merchant and the manager assured me that I would be FULLY refunded for everything and when I saw a charge on my account after the weekend I called and the manager and his owner rudely told me only the cost of the food would be refunded and not the service fee. The manager also stated to me at the time of the first call that this particular restaurant had problems with orders previously. The owner's excuse was that ""Am I suppose to tell you no when you want food from this restaurant?"" Well my answer is yes! I don't want to order food from this restaurant if they have a known problem with getting orders out correctly. Horrible rude service by their company and I would never be back to order.
