I came to this bridal salon specifically because it was the closest that carries the brand name ""Watters & Watters."" I only ordered a bridesmaid dress for myself for my sisters wedding. At first they told me that Watters & Watters didn't have enough fabric to make my dress. I had to make an un-necessary trip to pick a different dress. I was very angry and sent a email to Watters and asked them how a huge company didn't have enough fabric to make a dress. The next day House of Fashion called me and told me that they could make it. Every time I called to check the status on my dress, they couldn't find it or didn't know what I was talking about. The people who work there are nice. But their company is disfunctional and I wouldn't recommend it to a desperate person. Furthermore, my dress isn't available to pick up until 2 days before the wedding even though I told them that I wanted it 2 weeks in advance. These people are disorganized and full of excuses.
