The name of this establishment definitely does not reflect its operations. This kennel is more like a pound than a pet boarding facility. Camp Best Friends leads one to believe that their pet will be treated like a member of the family. However, after having my dog boarded there for the weekend, I discovered that dogs are not given any walks and receive little to no interaction with other dogs or any humans (other than having their food and water bowls filled). The minimal time that your dog is given outside of his/her cage is in a small, bare, concrete area where he/she is let out on his own. Needless to say, I am highly disappointed at the level of care (or more correctly, the lack of care) that Camp Best Friends provides. While the facility's lobby and personnel may appear shiny and friendly, if you love your pet, you will think twice before leaving him/her at this kennel.
Cons: No attention to your pet other than the bare minimum
