Where all others have failed, Scott performed miracles. I went from the mindset of needing the carpets replaced and having to spend thousands to simply having them restored back to beauty at a fraction of the cost. I was in shock thinking they would never clean up. Can't say enough about the whole experience! I'm a customer for life!
