I called them on Aug 16 to schedule a repair to my TV. The EARLIEST they could get there was August 28! that's TWO weekends plus 8 business days! Only to find out a part had to be ordered after they received approval. the part didn't get ordered until September 5. Each time the email notification was sent only AFTER I called them to check on progress. Due to the length of time needed to order the part, I will be with a broken TV until Sept 20, if I am lucky. \r

Today, if I call up someone for repair, the lead time is usually 1-3 days, not 12 days. Totally unsatisfactory.\r

The service techs are great, but they do not have enough of them for coverage. Unacceptable in this century. \r
