Not sure what was worse the bad color that was too dark or the unprofessionalism with Heather.\r
I was not asked what I was after but to ""trust her"" while she colored my blond to a faded gray-ashy color. Also, who wants to listen to your stylist's telling her co-workers details of her date from the night before? Well, I can't decide what was more upsetting the outcome of my hair or the $300. I had to spend for it all !!! I'll never know how Best of picked her has best colorist for 05 or how she got 8.4 on this rating system!!! Who arranged that ??
