I started going to this Goodyear a few years ago when my friend told me that if I became a member I could get my oil changes for $14.95. So when my engine light came on recently, I priced them out and they were by far the least expensive place anywhere around. So, they ran the test, fixed the problem with a new Volkswagen part and I was satisfied with the repair. \r
But then, the engine light came on again. I called up Andy (the most helpful auto guy ever) and told him. He re-ran the diagnostic for free and it came up as the same problem as before. He cleaned the part and told me that if the light came back on to call him and he'd bring the car into Volkswagen for me so that I wouldn't have to worry about anything. Sure enough, the light came back on, I called Andy and everything was taken care of without me having to argue with anyone, without having to wait in an office (Goodyear dropped me at work and picked me up again), without any hassle whatsoever AND the only cost I had was the initial part replacement & labor. It's rare to find such a wonderfully customer service oriented business nowadays, especially one that you can trust with your car repairs, so I highly recommend them.
