My friends and I love driving from Latrobe, PA out to the South Side of Pittsburgh just to make a night on the town based around dinner at Nakama. We are college students and love to try new things. We tried Nakama one Saturday night before one of our college dances actually held in Pittsburgh. This was our first Japanese style dining experience and we had such a fun, fresh and invigorating experience, that we began making it one of our popular spots to dine at when we were looking for a night out. And actually, we love it so much that I bet my best friend dinner at Nakama based on the outcome of this past World Cup. While my team actually lost the bet, I didn't mind picking up the tab because we always have an outstanding time visiting Nakama. Thanks for the outstanding Japanese cuisine and fun environment!
Pros: Ambience, Parking, Service
Cons: Privacy/Romantic dining - dining is more group style
