We bought the house a year ago, which is currently tenant-occupied. Knowing that the weather in the Pacific Northwest can beat-up the paint pretty good, we wanted to stay on top of it by giving the house a fresh coat this summer and ensuring all the joints were caulked. Not only did you do that for us, you also took the time to get rid of a patch of mildew on the roof for us.\r

When our tenant noticed the color match on the floor of the front porch wasnt exactly what we had in mind, you went out of your way to re-do it at no charge to us right away without question. That really impressed us and showed us that not only do you do a great job, you are a pleasure to work with and have a strong customer-service ethic. \r
