The ice cream is quite creamy for being such low in fat. The texture was reallly smooth. They say their ice cream is a combination of a frozen yogurt and regular ice cream. It is creamier than frozen yogurt and it doesn't melt as quickly. It is softer than regular ice cream and without the fat. My favorite is Vanilla. I've tried strawberry and chocolate and they were not as good as vanilla. A scoop of ice cream in a cup comes with a cone shaped wafer, reall cute!
