We have had continual problems with their janitorial services, and finally decided to cancel their contract. We needed to give them 30 days notice in writing. However, the certified letter was not signed for and is now sitting at the post office, waiting to be claimed, which they will probably never do. Neither the fax number of the email address they list on their website work either, so there is no way to get a letter to them short of hand delivering it.
