5 weeks wait on simple Dryer parts for warranty repairs, phone calls not returned, no follow through from reps, no priority service call after long waits for parts. Great selection on products, but that is where the excellence this store promises ends. I'll never buy anything from them ever again. All talk and no action! AVOID at all costs
