My wife and I dined at the Capital Grille for our 16 year wedding anniversary and have to admit that everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked in the door to the time we left. The one thing that will make or break a dining experience for us has always been the service, and without question, the Capital Grille delivered. For entrées I had the Kona Crusted Dry aged Sirloin with Caramelized Shallot Butter. This two-inch/14 oz slice of heaven was cooked to perfection (medium rare) and melted in my mouth. My wife enjoyed a specially requested wild salmon that was perfectly cooked (medium rare). Both entrées were delicious and highly recommended. The location of the Capital Grille is also wonderful. After dinner, we were able to enjoy some of the light night life and take in some live music along Bay Street. The Capital Grille is absolutely worth checking out.
Pros: Location, mature crowd, superior service
