I returned a movie directly to one of their clerks, only to get a call a week later saying the movie was missing. They contacted me three different times about this movie, each time rude and not helpful. The last time they contacted me, I was rude to them, so now I am fully expecting to pay for this movie. My patience was no match for them. Cons: Poor customer service more
